Most people with ADHD have spent years masking, comparing, and beating themselves up. We slow down and look at what’s actually going on underneath. I’m good at spotting the things you can’t see yet — and gently helping you see them too.
Calming the spiral
When everything feels too big, too loud, too much — I’ll teach you how to take a step back, regulate your emotions, and say “no” without guilt. You’ll learn how to come down from overwhelm instead of being swept away by it.
Creating your own momentum
Forget waiting for motivation. I’ll show you how to create your own dopamine, build follow-through that fits your brain, and take small, real steps toward the dreams you’ve been carrying around for years.
